This auction is for 6 ermine pelts, these ermine are from 17 inches up to18 inches long. First grade ermine are used in the fur industry for fur coats and are perfect skins. These skins are craft grade skins and are a grade below the grades used in the garment industry. They may have small imperfections that will not detract from any american indian object or reproduction. In fact this grade of ermine is being used right now by the top restoration and reproduction people in the business world wide. There is an 18 inch ruler in the photos.
